We have always been particularly proud of our cuisine: excellent, genuine and lavish in its portions. Many people are pleasantly surprised on their first visit by our breakfasts and our dishes, and just as many come back, attracted by our cuisine, a perfect blend of flavours of the sea and the land, responsive to the special needs of children and those who suffer from food allergies or celiac disease.
In the Hotel Tritone’s spacious air-conditioned dining-room, with its adjoining luminous, scenic verandah overlooking the sea, a lavish buffet breakfast awaits you for a pleasant start to the day, with fragrant, freshly-baked cakes and tarts, home-made muffins and biscuits which our chef makes for you every morning. Warm pastries, assorted bread rolls, rusks, yoghurt, nutella, honey, jams, butter, fruit and cereals will delight those with a sweet tooth, while those who prefer them will find cold cuts, cheeses, eggs and bacon to eat their fill. All washed down with as many hot drinks from the dispenser as you like: coffee, cappuccino, tea, milk, hot chocolate and assorted fresh juices, or an espresso or a cappuccino from the bar.
A great deal of attention is paid to our cuisine, both the tasty pasta dishes, different every day, and the fish, meat or vegetarian menus, and we are able to cater for food allergy or celiac disease sufferers.
We take particular care over the choice of quality products and locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables. With his skill and imagination, our chef is always able to give an extra touch to his dishes, which are never repetitive and bring a special something to breakfasts, lunches and dinners; second helpings are always on offer.
At both lunch and dinner there is always a lavish buffet of cooked and raw, sautéed and grilled vegetables, “caponata” and salads, and various types of hors d’oeuvres including fresh mussels, seafood salads, fried olives, toast with toppings, miniature pizzas, delicious quiches and much, much more. Every day there is always a choice of fruit or dessert, at both lunch and dinner.
Guests can enjoy tasting all the various types of fish: Adriatic oily fish, monkfish, gilthead, seabass, perch .... And no-one should miss the “brodetto all’Anconetana” fish stew, our delicious batter-fried Adriatic fish or the pan-fried sardines “alla marchigiana”. Not to mention the mouthwatering “vincisgrassi”, the local variation on lasagna. We will amaze you with our “marchigiana”, Spanish or Mediterranean evenings, and we await the pleasure of your company for a sundowner in the garden every Sunday.
